Rezoning Plan for Power Plant Site Now Set For 2016

The City of Alexandria held a weeklong public visioning session (charrette) the week of November 16, 2015 to launch the Old Town North Small Area Plan Update process.

ACSF participated in the charrette and socialized the Potomac River Green plan to City planning staff and the public.  Click here for pictures from the closing meeting. More details can be found here.

The charrette event is the first phase of the 17-month planning process. With development and redevelopment opportunities increasing in the area, the City will collaborate with the Old Town North Small Area Plan Advisory Group and the public at large to develop the Old Town North Small Area Plan Update.
